Send the case outline

The fastest useful reply usually comes from a concise case outline: who is traveling, where the vehicle is now, how you want to enter, and when you hope to travel.

Direct email

For specialist review and case follow-up, you can also contact the Drive2China team directly.

Compliance note

Authority-dependent outcomes

Drive2China is not a government authority and does not guarantee approval. All outcomes depend on applicable Chinese authorities, customs, public security traffic management departments, border policies, vehicle eligibility, route feasibility, and current regulations.

How we respond

1. Intake review

We check whether the inquiry has enough information for a preliminary eligibility assessment.

2. Feasibility questions

If the route, vehicle, or document set is unclear, we ask targeted follow-up questions before quoting or opening a case.

3. Case path

Suitable inquiries can move into specialist review, document preparation, route and port feasibility, and later payment steps when enabled.

Important before you submit

Drive2China is not a government authority and cannot guarantee approval, entry, permits, plates, customs clearance, or route acceptance.

Do not assume independent self-drive travel is possible. Many foreign-vehicle entry cases require a locally coordinated guide, escort, or route-support arrangement; we can help assess and coordinate this when needed.

Live payment collection is not active from this page. Quotes, deposits, or provider payment steps should only be used after case review and secure account setup.

Please do not send sensitive document scans by ordinary email unless a specialist specifically requests them. Private document upload should use the secure portal when configured.
