What happens after payment?

The system waits for Stripe webhook confirmation. Once confirmed, the customer portal shows payment received and the admin team moves the request into review, document request, and case-link workflow.

Signed-in customers are attached to their account. Guest checkout creates a lead and package request first; our team will invite account setup and case linking after payment.
